Scheduling an Appointment
Please make a reservation in advance for spa services. Our spa concierge will be happy to
advise you on the therapies and services that best meet your needs, ensuring that your time
in the spa is enjoyable and customized just for you. Please inform the spa concierge if you
would prefer a male or female therapist or have any special requirements.
Considerations
Please assist us in maintaining a tranquil spa environment. We kindly request that you respect
other guests by using quiet conversation and refraining from using cell phones or beepers while
enjoying the spa. There is no smoking in the spa.
Before your Treatment
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to check-in,
change and enjoy a shower and our steam room prior to your service.
Gratuity
A gratuity of 20% will be added to your service bill. If for any reason you would like to make an
adjustment, kindly let your spa concierge know.
In-room Services
You can receive the same quality massage and nail treatments available in our spa in the privacy of
your guest room. Guests staying at the "Top of the Brown" - our eighth and ninth floors - can also
receive soaks in their rooms. Please inquire with the spa concierge regarding scheduling.

What should I wear during my treatment?
Please disrobe to the level of your comfort in order to enjoy your service. A robe and sandals
will be provided in your locker, or you're welcome to bring your own swimsuit for your spa experience.
In addition, we will be happy to provide you with disposable undergarments for certain treatments.
Our therapists are fully trained in proper draping procedures to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Canceling an Appointment
Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment to
avoid being charged the full service fee.
Common Areas
All common areas such as the dressing rooms, locker rooms and relaxation rooms are gender-specific
for your comfort and privacy.
Valuables
Please leave valuables in your guest room safe or with in one of our safety deposit boxes at the
front desk. A locker will be available for your personal items and clothing. Please do not wear
jewelry or watches during your treatment.
Dining Options
Please inform the spa concierge if you would like to enjoy a light lunch or snack with your service.
Our menu offers a healthy and delicious selection of items from our world famous kitchens.
Health Considerations
Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of personalized service. In order to ensure
your comfort and health during a treatment, please inform us while scheduling your appointment if
you have any special health considerations such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions,
recent surgeries or injuries.

Free parking? Yes, you read it correctly. Enjoy free valet parking at the Brown Palace Hotel and
Spa when you arrive for your treatments.

Minimum Age
Spa and salon services are available to guests of all ages. For spa services, guests under the age of
18 must be accompanied by an adult. For the salon, guests under 16 must be accompanied by an
adult.
