Located in the space that originally housed a spa in 1892, The Spa at The Brown Palace offers guests an intimate, stylish 'spa-tique' experience. Comprising two floors located off the atrium lobby, this newly reconstructed facility features a private couples / celebrity suite with dual reclining hydrotherapy tub, and separate hair and nail salon with manicures and pedicures. Discover renewal within six massage rooms and skin treatment rooms, separate men's and women's relaxation areas, and aromatherapy steam rooms. Hours of operation for this full-service Denver Colorado luxury spa are:
- Monday through Saturday: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- Sunday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Scheduling Appointments
 Please make a reservation in advance for spa services. Our spa concierge will be happy to advise you on the therapies and services that best meet your needs, ensuring that your time in the spa is enjoyable and customized just for you. Please inform the spa concierge if you would prefer a male or female therapist or have any special requirements.
Considerations
Please assist us in maintaining a tranquil spa environment. We kindly request that you respect other guests by using quiet conversation and refrain from using cell phones or beepers while enjoying the spa. There is no smoking in the spa.
Before your Treatment
Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your treatment to check in, complete a brief health form, change, and enjoy the amenities of the ladies?or gentlemen’s lounge before your treatment.
Gratuity
For your convenience, a gratuity of 20% will be added to each service. In appreciation of outstanding service, additional gratuities may be given at your discretion.
In-room Services
Massage treatments are available to enjoy in the privacy of your guest room. Please inquire in the spa or by calling 8940 for availability. Additional charges apply. 24 hours advance notice required.
What should I wear during my treatment?
Please disrobe to the level of your comfort in order to enjoy your service. A robe and sandals will be provided in your locker, or you are welcome to bring your own swimsuit for your spa experience. In addition, we will be happy to provide you with disposable undergarments for certain treatments. Our therapists are fully trained in proper draping procedures to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Canceling an Appointment
Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice for canceling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee.
Common Areas
All common areas such as the dressing rooms, locker rooms and relaxation rooms are gender-specific for your comfort and privacy.
Valuables
Please leave valuables in your guest room safe. A locker will be available for your personal items and clothing. Please do not wear jewelry or watches during your treatment. The Spa at The Brown Palace is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Dining Options
Please inform the spa concierge if you would like to enjoy a light lunch or snack with your service. Our menu offers a healthy and delicious selection of items from our world famous kitchens.
Health Considerations
Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of personalized service.
In order to ensure your comfort and health during a treatment, please inform us while scheduling your appointment if you have any special health considerations such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgeries or injuries.

Free parking? Yes! Enjoy free valet parking at The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa when you arrive for your treatments. Day guest only.

Take-Home Care
Please take a few moments following your experience to enjoy the retail boutique. You will find everything you need to continue your spa experience at home.
Minimum Age
Spa and salon services are available to guests of all ages. For spa and salon services, guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. They will also be required to fill out their health form and sign it.
Steam Room
Steam Room is $10 for hotel guests without an appointment. Hotel guests must call the spa to check availability before use of the Steam Room.
Booking Requirements
A major credit card is required at the time of booking.
